Parents/Guardians are required to complete a registration and permission form for child/ren prior to joining. Payment must be made in full and in advance with the booking form, preferably by cheque (post dated if required to spread the payments) or internet banking.
If a cheque is returned unpaid by the bank no further cheques will be accepted for payment for that child.
Childcare Vouchers are accepted if your employer offers this scheme. Parents will be contacted by email, where possible, regarding outstanding accounts. Accounts unpaid may result in your child losing their place.
Cancellations must be in writing (email, text or letter) with a minimum of 7 days notice otherwise refunds will not be issued. The booking will still stand if a child is sick unless the required cancellation notice is given.
On occasions that we are closed due to snow, payments will be required at half the booked rate.
£1 retainer fee for place to be paid if child is booked into a school run club otherwise child may be unable to attend if cancelled.
All children must be signed into the Breakfast Club by a responsible adult.
Children may only be collected from the After School Club by the parent or the designated person, who must be over 16 years old unless written permission is received signed by the parent. A password system is in place to ensure the safety of the children. The register must be signed to show that the child/ren has left the premises. NB: children will not be released to anyone who is thought to compromise the safety of the child/ren e.g. under the influence of drink or drugs.
It is understandable that on occasions parents/guardians may be delayed collecting their child/ren, please ensure the club is informed. If this is before 6pm then you will be charged the next rate. However the Club closes at 6pm and anyone arriving after this time will be charged £3 for every five minutes thereafter. This may seem harsh but this is to stop people taking advantage of the staff who have to stay until all children are collected. Our policy is, after 30 minutes has elapsed and repeated attempts to contact the parent/carer have been made, the Manager will call the local social services department.
